Please inspect your order upon receiving it. We inspect each item before shipping to ensure the best possible customer experience. If your item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@poeticplants.ca with the name on the order, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. Upon approval, we will reship any necessary items.
Gift Policy
If you receive our products as a gift and need to contact us regarding damage, please provide the name on the order, order number, and a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. We will only be able to reship items to the address provided on the order. Upon approval, we will reship any necessary items.
